Does VPhase offer surge protection?

Whilst the VPhase device will smooth out longer term voltage variations and protect against steady state over-voltage it will not offer protection for the home against transient surges and power spikes.

There are separate devices that can be integrated into your consumer unit to offer whole-house surge protection, but these are not available through VPhase.

Alternatively, for specific equipment protection you may be interested in extension sockets that offer surge protection.

These sorts of devices are available from many high street electrical retailers and most electrical distributors and wholesalers.
